Kris Srikkanth doesn’t hold back on Parag's IPL form in a fiery critique.
Kris Srikkanth is serving some serious roast on his YouTube channel, and it’s aimed squarely at Riyan Parag and Ajinkya Rahane. With IPL 2026 heating up, Parag’s lacklustre 61 runs in 6 matches at a strike rate of 122 has pushed Srikkanth to declare him and Rahane as contenders for the title of worst batter. Ouch!
Despite Rajasthan Royals sitting pretty in third place, Parag’s contribution has been more of a damp squib than a match-winner. Meanwhile, Rahane, leading the struggling Kolkata Knight Riders with only 152 runs at 145, finds himself in a similar boat. Srikkanth didn’t mince words, stating, "Parag is fit only for his stylish walks after doing nothing with bat and ball."
As both teams flounder, Srikkanth believes they’re locked in a battle to avoid the dreaded last place. With the Lucknow Super Giants also struggling, it’s looking bleak for these franchises. Meanwhile, he’s backing Mumbai Indians to bounce back, claiming they can still make a playoff push.
Next up, Royals face off against the Super Giants on April 22. Will Parag step up, or continue to be the butt of the joke?
